Two of my friends and I decided we would ride the "NEW" and "COOL" Front Runner for FREE on Tuesday. Well, it was a total of three adults and 8 kids two of which had to be held. We thought it wold be a nice thing for the kids to experience and we would go down to the gateway, get ice cream and ride back. Great idea...right? Wrong! We had no idea how crowded it was going to be and we all had to stand right by the door for a 45 min ride. My friend and I got motion sickness and one of the kids did aswell and was pretty close to letting it out, as was I. We made it to the Gateway and by the time we got to the ice cream store all we wanted to do was sit and stay! We were exhausted! My friend and I had been holding our kids the whole time and our arms were pure jello. On the walk back to the station we went the wrong way and got stared down by the SLC bums and there were times we felt they were just gonna grab one of our kids. The kids no longer wanted to keep walking and we had to beg them to just keep going a little longer. On the train our babies were screaming and crying, the kids were hungry, tierd, angry etc. we heard it all. Luckily this time we got seats but we did have to wait 30 min to head out to Ogden. My friends and I just wanted to shoot ourselfs. Oh it was once in a lifetime experience to remember.

Tulip Festival @ Thanksgiving Point
Have you ever been? It is beautiful. On thursday we got the kids and headed down to see the Tulips. We thought it would rain on us but it turned out to be a beautiful day and we are glad wemade the trip! Miya Loved seeing all the flowers, and the "biggest man-made" waterfall.
It was funny when she kept extending her arms out and leaning forward on her stroller. I didn't quite understand what she was doing. After a couple times I realized that every time the wind blew she would do it. It was quite funny. It reminded me of Titanic.
She loved sitting on this bear that made noises. She thought it was pretty cool and cried when I got her down. The bear looked kinda freaky to me!
Miyas favorite part of it all was feeding the fish.
She gave all of her snacks to the fish and all the kids loved it.

4th Haircut!!!
Most babies Miyas age either have no hair, little hair or are barely getting their first haircut. Well, for sweet Miya, this is her 4th
haircut! Lucky for her that mommy is a hairstylist! I had to bribe her with some candy and she made a mess but we got it done! I am so sad her curl is starting to fall out. I went to work on Sat. and my goal of the day was to bring home some Aveda curl enhancer! It works! I love it! What would I do without hair product!!! Stu thinks I'm crazy but my little Miyas hair looks great! Oh by the way, we cut a whole inch off!!!

Oh So Horrible!!
I am so bad at keeping this blog thing up. I just don't have the time I would rather clean my house and get rid of the horrible smell that's coming out of our sink! YUCK! I've tried everything and it will not go away! I'll try to be better and keep up with this "blogging" thing.
So, Miya started climbing stair! AAAH! She can go down the stairs as well but after
like 4 steps she chokes and tries to sit her butt down not realizing that she will roll down the stair! NIGHTMARE! On Wednesday I was making dinner and she loves to take out my kitchen towels from a bottom drawer we have. She also discovered the lazy Susan which has yummy cereal (it's the only cubbord that does not have a lock). Well I let her play around, she was entertained, anything to make dinner with two hands. Well, in a split second she had
made it over to the stairs and was starting to go up. I told myself, do not freak out b/c she'll get scared and for sure roll down the stairs. Well, she looked back at me, blew a kiss and started to come down the stairs. She had 5 steps to climb down and I knew she would for sure start rolling down after the 3rd or 4th. Like a good/bad mom I tried to run towards the stairs to save her. Did I make it...NO! I tripped over the open drawer that I forgot about and fell flat on my face. On the way down I hit my head on her high chair, my shin and big toe on the drawer and my wrist on the counter top. It all happened so fast! Miya of course did roll down 3 steps and so there we were laying on the ground crying. It was painful for the both of us! OUCH! My big tow is still sore and my shin has a huge bruise. That is what I get for trying to cook!!!! Stu!!
The Nightmare of the stairs has started!
After we soothed each other I sat there laughing my butt off! I cannot imagine how funny it all looked!!

Splish Splash!
So we went to the pool for the first time at my moms in AZ! Miya loved it!!!! She thought it would be fun to lay out like her mommy & aunt Keni. We laid her down and she started screaming bloody murder. It was quite funny! She didn't think it was very cool...obviously!
