My Loves!

I just love my girls!! I am so overwhelmed by the love that I feel for these two little precious girls. The crying, screaming, poopy diapers, toys everywhere and the sleepless nights are not so bad when you can look into their eyes and see the unconditional love they have for you. I can get angry at little M and she will simply say, "I Love You Mommy!" I can be so tired and frustrated at our sweet baby for the endless hours of crying but the cuddles and coos make me fall in love with her even more. No love can compare to the love between a mother and child.

Welcome Baby #2

On June 29th we welcomed Baby Girl #2! We fell in love at first sight. She is so perfect and beautiful. We are so blessed that she is here healthy and ready to cry, poop and eat! M is so happy to be a big sister. She loves to kiss her, sing to her and "translate" for her. Mk will be crying or grunting and big sister ALWAYS knows what she is saying.

It has been quite an adjustment for me as a mother of two but I know that in a couplee of years I will have forgotten the sleepless nights, crying etc.

We are very blessed to have great family, friends and neighbors that helped with delicious dinners, cute presents and even some house keeping. We cannot thank them enough.

Our Sweet Baby Girl had her Dance recital this past weekend. It was so stinking cute!!! She had been working so hard for that day and she did an amazing job!! We were so nervous for her! We were scared she would run off stage like other little girls did or that she would have an accident in the middle of her dance. When I took her backstage she started her potty dance and had to go but would refuse bc all of her friends were in line getting ready for the performance. So I had to let her be and pray really hard she would not have accident on stage. Yea! I was freaking out a little. She made it through her dance and was so GREAT!!! She was so happy and excited to be in a big show. Let me tell you, it was a big show, the whole auditorium at the High School was packed! There is no way I would have ever gotten up there like those cute little girls did. Good job Baby Girl! We are so proud of her!!

We'Ll MiSs YoU

You know that "day" on your calender when something good is going to happen but at the same time so sad that you almost don't want it to happen? The day that seems so far away that you try not to think about it becasue it really is going to be a while before it happens. A sad and depressing day, why dwell over it now, I have time to think about it later, kind of day? Then, one day you wake up and the "day" is actually here!!! You have no idea how time flew by and you have no control over it but to deal with it and be happy for the people this day is going to have a positive affect on. Well, we had one of those "days" this week. Two of our favorite people are moving far, far away and we are so sad yet happy for them both. Uncle "Stish" Got into Dental school clear out on the East Coast! Yay For him! We are so proud of him!! We know Aunt J and Uncle S will love their new life but we will sure miss them....A TON! It finally hit me today that our most favorite people to hang out with will be gone for a couple of years! We will miss our dinners together and movies! Baby Girl and I will miss going out to lunch with aunt J and trying cool, new places in SLC. (Lets be honest without J, it's just not going to happen!) We will for sure miss all the yummy treats and gourmet meals that J loves to makes!! Our sweet baby girl will for sure miss Uncle S and his coold tricks and energy he had to play with her...for hours! We will miss you guys so much! So much is ahead of you and we can't wait to see what the future holds for you both...(babies maybe?)...ok we will give that one a couple more years! We love you! Enjoy what SC has to offer!!!!

I just cannot get enough of our sweet baby girl! She is so fun and full of life! Every day is different and there is always something new popping out of her mouth!! She sure knows how to put a smile on our faces...specially when she's in trouble!

I cannot believe my baby Girl is another year older! This year, little miss, requested a Princess Birthday Party! It was a little stressful but it all came together perfectly and she loved every minute of it. Daddy and I on the other hand wanted time to go by a little faster then it did. Even with all the work and 10 kids running around, we had a great time and it was so great to see a big smile on our baby girls face!

I got up early in the morning, Daddy and I had her favorite breakfast with her. The plan was to take it to her bed but she insisted on having breakfast in the playroom. "Tea Party Breakfast mom!"

She had 3 request for her Birthday Party

#1 It had to be a Princess Party!

#2- "I want a princess Castle cake" (and not just a cake with a a castle on it, she wanted a full on castle cake...so i was up until 1 am the night before "trying" to make a castle cake.

#3, final request- friends!!!

We played games, decorated crowns and they ran around like crazy! It was fun!

She was beyond herself when she finally got blow the candles.
